What is your returns policy?Please contact us immediately for any damaged or incorrect orders so that we can help you immediately. We do not provide customer service...we serve one another in Christ, meaning that when we help you out, we are not just doing our job, we are doing our ministry! We are more than happy to provide you with a refund for TANGIBLE materials under the following terms:

The customer account in AMI Bookshop is separate from your subscirption to our Mailing Lists. So to go ahead and create your account successfully, just click on the link on the right hand side of the screen that says: Click here to Register as a New Customer. Return to the top of the pageI tried to order something from your online shopping mall, and whatever I add to the cart, it doesn't show as added to my cart. In fact, my shopping cart is empty?Have you created your customer account with us before adding items to your cart? If not, then this is the problem. Please go and create your customer account by clicking on the link on the right hand side of the screen that says: Click here to Regsiter as A New Customer. Once your account has been set up successfully you can just go and login and then start a successful shopping trip! Return to the top of the pageI purchased an e-book but I didn't receive my download link or lost it. What do I do?The download link is included on the invoice we sent you after you made your purchase. On the invoice you will see your e-book listed highlighted in blue and underlined. That means that this is hyperlinked. So you just click on that link and follow the instructions from there to download your e-book. If you should not have received your invoice for some reason, then do not give up in despair. Your invoice will be stored for you online in your customer account. All you do is return to the AMI Bookshop website and click on the button that says "Invoices" and that is displayed in your Login Box. You will now find your invoice history listed. Just click on the invoice number to view your invoice and then from there simply click on the hyperlink for your e-book. Tip: Why don't you back up your e-book on a CD this time? That way you will always have your e-book right there with you! Return to the top of the pageWhat is an Ebook?E-Book stands for Electronic Book. It means that once you have purchased this from us that you will get a link to download this book onto your computer. All e-books are in pdf format. You may save the e-book on your harddrive and read it on your computer on- and offline whenever you please. You will also have the option to print out the pages of this book. Return to the top of the pageI have purchased a book with you about a week ago and have to this day not heard anything about the shipping of the book nor have I received it. What is going on with that?If you have not received any kind of notification from us that we have shipped it off, then could it maybe be that you by mistake ordered the e-book (electronic book) rather than the actual printed book? If so then you have actually received the download link for the e-book already on your invoice, the minute you purchased it. If you would rather have the printed book, then please get in touch with us and let us know so we can arrange the necessary adjustments to your order and can get your book ready for shipping. What options do I have?If you have a paypal account you can link that to your bank account and so transfer funds from your bank account directly to us. You can complete this transaction online. It is fast and easy! If you wish to go for this option, then please choose the option Credit Card when checking out. This will take you to paypal where you can login to your paypal account and complete the transaction from there. Another option is that you send us a check or a money order. And yet another option, if you are from overseas, would be to transfer your payment via Western Union. Return to the top of the pageHow long does it take for my products to get to me once I ordered them?If you live in the United States then your package will be shipped to you with Priority Mail. If you place your order before 4.00pm (California Time) your order will be shipped off that same day and will get to you within 2-3 days depending on where in the country you live. If you live overseas then we are currently shipping our orders that are under 4 pounds with Standard Airmail. Any order over 4 pounds we will shipped by Priority Mail International. With Standard Airmail the arrival time of your package will vary depending on its destination. For International Shipping also, if you place your order before 4.00pm (California Time) it will be shipped off the day you placed it. With Priority Mail International, the package might arrive at your house between 6-10 days depending on where you live. Return to the top of the pageDo you provide a tracking number for my package? If so, how do I find out where my package is at?Once we have shipped your order off, we will send you a notification that will include the tracking number of your package. You may take this tracking number and find out where your package is at by going to www.usps.com and inserting it in the field that says: Track and Confirm. Please note: You can only track your package if your order is being shipped within the United States. Return to the top of the pageWhen I click on the Forgot password link, I do not receive any email telling me what my password is. What could be the problem?There are two main reasons why you are not receiving your password. 1. You never created your customer account and that's why nothing is sent to you. To create your customer account please click on the link on the right hand side that says: Create Your Customer Account. 2. When you created your account, you put in a faulty email address and the email that we are trying to send to you just simply doesn't come through. If you know you created your account but simply forgot the password then this is likely the case. So what you can do is either get a hold of us so we can look up your account details for you and make necessary adjustments or you can just create a new account with a different email address should you have another one.
